I recently stayed at Pension Elke in Rothenburg and had a fantastic experience. I only stayed one night, but I easily could have stayed longer. The shared bathroom was clean and there were no issues with access. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, showing us where to park for free and even carrying our bags upstairs. Their shop below the rooms was convenient for grabbing snacks, and the breakfast room in the attic was cozy and filled with delicious food. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the main square. I highly recommend this hotel.
